Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and CMS portal information.
Asset Data
We process and store media files you upload or optimize through Inverity, including image and video content, metadata, and optimization results.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use Inverity, including job history, asset processing metrics, API requests, and feature usage patterns.
How We Use Your Information
• Provide and maintain our media optimization service.
• Process and optimize your media assets.
• Sync optimized assets back to your CMS portal.
• Send you service-related notifications and updates.
• Improve our backend models and optimization algorithms.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.
Data Storage and Security
Your assets are stored in encrypted S3 buckets with access restricted to authorized Inverity services. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
All API requests are authenticated and authorized via role-based access control. Audit logs track all access to your data.
CMS Integration
Inverity connects to your CMS account via OAuth 2.0. We only access the file manager permissions necessary to read, optimize, and replace media assets. You can revoke this access at any time from your CMS settings.
We do not access or store any CMS contact data, forms, or other portal content beyond media files.
Data Retention
We retain your assets and optimization results for as long as your account is active. Original and optimized versions are maintained to support rollback functionality.
Upon account deletion, we delete all assets, job history, and personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Third-Party Services
Inverity integrates with third-party services for specific features:
• HubSpot — OAuth connection and asset sync.
• Replicate — AI upscaling (Enterprise only).
• AWS S3 — Asset storage and delivery.
• Stripe — Payment processing (Pro and Enterprise).
Your Rights
You have the right to:
• Access and download your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to processing of your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.

GDPR Compliance
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), Inverity processes data in accordance with GDPR. We are the data controller for account and usage data, and a data processor for assets you upload.
